Best of all, food won't stick to the grilling plate since it has a nonstick coating. This grill has an illuminated sear button to make searing easy. Just press the button, and the grill sears at 500°F (260°C) then switches to your selected grilling temperature.

As you grill, fat is directed by the cooking surface away from your food into the removable drip tray. The grill is easy to clean.
